Science Club meets at lunchtime and continues to give students the opportunity to investigate and share Science ideas in a fun and interesting way.

Ideas investigated this year include:

• The Big Bubble

• What is the biggest fountain you can get when Mentos are added to Diet Coke?

• 'Eggcellent Landings'

• Rockets, rockets and more rockets!

• Painting with acids and alkalis

• Optical illusions

• Why Diet Coke floats but ordinary Coke sinks

• Screaming Jelly babies

• How far can balloon rockets travel?

• Science games on the internet eg knee surgery etc
